pool was closed due to covid and bad behavior by guests towards staff

the backyard has a pool and spa and multiple fire pits which was a great touch

it actually deterred us from ordering room service wine tasting which we initially wanted to do

this was the highlight of trip for kids and they didn’t want to get in

it has an adult only and kids pool, restaurant on site and a shuttle to downtown napa, among other things

i also enjoyed the crush bar and

very friendly staff, clean facilities, and a wonderful gym

location was good. nice option to have a free shuttle to downtown napa.

also would have been nice to use the shuttle, however it's sporadic schedule made us take a lyft/uber instead

was well thought out, loved the outdoor soaking tub, the fire pit, the staff (room service) was quick and kind, the cottage seemed thoroughly sanitized (+) we ordered room service for dinner and the pork dish was to die for (-) every time i called the front desk, room service or restaurants, there was no answer (-) room service took more than 2 (-) room service was barely edible and took over an hour for vegetarian pasta

meals were outstanding, especially at farm and upper pool area
