unable to hear any noise from downstairs despite bar area being busy

one of the bar staff was a little abrupt at the end of the evening but the whine stay was lovely

staff were fantastically friendly and helpful, organising early check in and taxis

was pleased to find internal door access to bedrooms from bar to hotel so saved wearing a coat

lovely historic establishment. bar staff were lovely and the estrella was amazing .

the breakfast options were also wonderful

relaxed bar and nothing too much trouble

room service arrived but had to ask for cutlery

the pool and spa were fabulous

breakfast service was very slow, coffee came after i ate. but that s a minor thing.

location with parking

adjoining room for the kids so we could keep an eye on them

could do with disabled parking bays near entrance but it was not a big issue

needs to be a curtain on the back door to stop anybody looking into the kitchen and lounge through the plain glass

good wifi

everything from the hotel, rooms and staff. very good quality breakfast.

only thing that lets the hotel down is there is no room service available

needed a proper fridge/freezer in the kitchen and some more utensils

wasn’t expecting a mini kitchen with complimentary breakfast

i really liked the mini kitchen too

are no blinds on the windows and the spa room overlooks a busy shopping centre and walkway so people walking past can see directly in

we'd be more than happy to come back to this hotel however we'd be sure to not stay in the spa room

fully equipped kitchen, spacious and modern

generous size rooms and fully furnished with everything you could need especially in the kitchen

a lamp would have been nice in the kitchen/living room as i had to bring one from the bedroom

everything was fantastic! good sized rooms, big kitchen and comfortable sitting room!
