breakfast ended too early.

breakfast room was quite busy but supplies were sufficient.

also the eggs they had for breakfast tasted better than most hotels

the staff was excellent, rooms where very clean, and breakfast was great

the breakfast was very good, staff was very accomodating

i didn’t get to eat breakfast. i enjoyed the pool. i wish hammocks were up though.

pool was out of service for maintenance

hoping to see it cleaned at which time i saw an older man in the filthy pool and his wife and two kids sitting in the lounge chairs

hammocks were not up. kids birthday party so a lot of kids running. i felt like a babysitter.

the breakfast was good and the pool area was nice and clean with warm water

the hotel had a bad smell that even my kids didn't like

the floor i was staying on smelt like weed so strong i had to ask my mother n law to keep my kids on a different floor in her room

even open was under maintenance charged over 300 for nothing couldn’t even use the pool for my kids room didn’t even have cups for coffee or coffee pods worst hotel experience

we liked the outdoor pool and thought that the environment in the hotel was both quiet and relaxing

pool was closed - but it was early spring

and had free breakfast that actually was good

love the breakfast options. excellent staff. fitness quarters had several options.

ordered room service and took about an hour and a half to get our burger and once received the fries were

lots of loud kids. bed not comfortable.

we checked in early not knowing there would be a $25 early check in fee

the pool was nice & comfortable with tables & chairs to sit & watch the kids swim

it was finished 9:30 and they closed the kitchen even we were there

it was clean except the pool was not clean so we couldn’t use it

i loved the staff, the breakfast keeps me returning again. one of my favorite hotels ever.

we booked specifically for the spa so my kids could swim and get warm in the hot tub

it just had a nice peaceful vibe to it. good breakfast. friendly and helpful staff.

good thing is we saw a few families with active kids staying but all well behaved

it was a a saturday night, and lots of kids staying at the hotel. a little noisy.
