the pool needed to be warmer. it was cold and we weren't able to enjoy that unfortunately.
not sure about the breakfast, as i didnt partake either morning
the staff, including those serving food at breakfast, housekeeping, front desk in the middle of the night, we’re extremley kind and friendly

usually a bit pricy but it's as nice as a hotel you can ask for, excellent kind staff, an amazing breakfast, and nice location beside the convention

was there during a soccer tournament so the pool was always packed
the room was nice and clean, plus the breakfast was good
the kids love the outdoor pool with view of the city and the hot breakfast

fact that room service is not on a daily basis, i had to beg for someone to clean up our room and was told we
loved having a suite with a separate sitting room. the pool was very nice, too.
breakfast was good. tiffany the shuttle driver was great. very accommodating.

airport shuttle to/from hotel runs 24 hours a day!
hotel had false advertisement for made to order breakfast, evening reception and shuttle to airport
had a great breakfast buffet and made to order station with lots of options
the shuttle was not on time. we got to the airport 45 minutes late

called around the area to find a place with a pool as a much needed rest and relax for the kids

the money and the hotel, breakfast was good but just continental breakfast with egg and sausage

that there was a full kitchen and the location is in great proximity to everything.
would not honor the fact my dog was added into the price online and made me pay an additional pet fee
room with kitchen looks nice.
