the pool areas were nice and they were clean

the condo/villa we had a very well-furnished kitchen with good appliances and even a rice cooker

clean, quiet, great furnishings and great kitchen appliances

lovely staff great and great facilities. the kids loved the pool and the slide.

in my opinion, this is saving energy to dry out towels and not to chuck them immediately in the laundry

the kids ate at the castaway cafe one night for dinner, and unfortunately, it wasn't quite up to par

every staff member kei, joe, lisa the bar tenders louis and many others i don’t remember their names we have encountered have been

away which made it really esay to come back and forth from the beach to the apartment with our kids

loved the room with the kitchenette and laundry facilities.

favorite part of the condo was the huge lanai with daybed overlooking the pool/ocean

we had access to the pool onsite and the hyatt pools next door

breakfast ; the cleaning and support staff were excellent - the folks taking orders around the pool were very nice ; bartenders did a nice

the pool is fantastic and clean and the pool bar has a decent happy hour daily

and tire easily while carrying our heavy bags to and from our room when we are walking to the pool area, lobby and main entrance

pool and grounds were outstanding while the room left a bit to be desired

we love sitting by the pool facing the ocean and just listening to the waves crash in

property, friendly service in hotel/residence and pool/cabana/beach areas

the pool area was so much fun and the stars were all super friendly and helpful

no bar or restaurant or bar at the hotel and no bar at the pool.

i love the beach across the street and the pool area was really nice also

two swimming pools and hot tubs for the kids and adults
