swimming pool was not heated and we only found out when we arrived

were no napkins or silver in the kitchen nor a cleaning kit nor a dishes tray the sample room is quite better looking than mine,

the kitchen didn't had any dishes. the continental breakfast was very poor.

also, there are no air conditioner, boiler, tv, and enough kitchen utilities in the room

the kitchen had a hob but no pots or pans (not a problem for us but maybe it would be for

kitchen not well stocked at all and breakfast was really just tea and coffee and a few cookies.

rooms are very clean and confortable have all the services and comodities good room service
