the bubbles in the spa pool didn't work. but it was still lovely and warm when we got in

took room service hours to deliver just towels

the wifi dropped off a couple of times, but it was easy to get back online

system was terrible,no elevator in the middle, my room was a ways from the lobby which made the wifi terrible, relocated to another room and was not cleaned properly

there wasn't any cookies. there wasn't shuttle service at 4 a.m. i walked to the airport.

the quiet and nice pool and hot tub. i also the meal that my husband and i shared.

we did no eat in the main dining room but in the bar area for dinner one evening and the patio for breakfast

the full breakfast menu was excellent. the 24-hour coffee, cookies and fruit were plus.

our room was located across from the hotel staff's laundry facility and we could hear the linens bins being rolled past our door in the morning hours
