noise from the bar below was a bit of a nuisance as it went on longer than expected, but discovered it was a

i'd also have appreciated a bar of soap, as opposed to hand wash and shower gel

flat had absolutely nothing, not even tea or coffee but the bar staff gave us some tea bags and instant coffee

sign on building outside clearly states 'restaurant' and 'bar-food'

had a warm welcome on reception and then had a lovely lunch in the bar served by howie who made us feel very welcome and instantly relaxed

breakfast was a bit slow on my first day but there had been a wedding

reception staff, bar staff, restaurant staff (evening and breakfast staff) and house keeping were excellent

we spent some happy times in the bar and enjoyed the food muchly

the wifi was very poor in our room and we had to keep trying to reconnect it

we had breakfast which was delicious, although i was puzzled that the kitchen was out of mushrooms so

to complain and do not know how to go about getting a good service etc also when we asked for room service for our breakfast to be sent to us on the tuesday ,it was an hour late

parking is not too obvious if the front is full you have to use the narrow road to the left of tbe

the breakfast was amazing and relaxing and we had a late check out due to a later appointment

the food in the restaurant was lovely and i even requested a slight change to a breakfast order which wasn’t on the menu and that was no problem at all

we used the spa every day and it was very relaxing with great facilities
