the garbage under the kitchen sink was not taken care of before our arrival.
the free laundry, the outside grill , the room , the quiet hallways ....
so next day when we told them they were very efficient in finding us a new room, loved the free laundry facility and being able to go home
the laundry room and the front desk workers were the 2 things that i enjoyed the most.

i did not take advantage of any of the amenities, breakfast, pool, gym, business center, but they were there for me
kids loved the pool
soccer kids running unsupervised around the hotel at late hours
my kids slept on the pull out sofa and scratched all night

the kids loved the pool
i was placed across the hall from a bus load of kids and they ran the halls and made noise until way up in the morning
the free breakfast was great
dining space crowded, gym is really just a room with 3 treadmills, elevator small & takes awhile
after a long ride in the car with 3 kids we checked in and had a good dinner with plenty of options

room service expensive and slow guests of the hotel were not
the young men who checked us in and worked at the bar were wonderful and so friendly
great location! great breakfast & happy hour!

i wouldn't get in that pool, but luckily i wasn't there for the pool.

her name was amanda, she talked to the children and made us feel welcome, the kids loved the pool, the bed was very comfortable and loved the pillows
i liked the fitness center and the indoor pool.
breakfast was adequate but kitchen staff were very helpful and nice
