staff, great location, easy parking, nice pool and big comfy rooms

really liked the convenient location, the amenities (such as pool/hot tub/gym), the great service provided by the concierge and the housekeeping

it’s a beautiful place with huge well equipped gym and spa.

it was so clean, people were so friendly, and it had an indoor/outdoor pool, gym, and spa so plenty of entertainment

the patio is beautiful and the gym is good as well

it?s like a studio apartment with the kitchenette in here!!!

had free laundry facilities which was a big plus after a week on the road

room was clean and the kitchen had wonderful appliances, love the location close to stores and

size of the room was great and the kitchen, fridge, oven, dishes, fireplace were all great features

but i wished the pool or jacuzzi were open, and i wished the breakfast had more to offer- but due to understaffing

best multigrain bread for breakfast ever: the rest of the food was well displayed and very tasty

to highway and maine mall , very clean, great complimentary breakfast and nice indoor pool

the staff was very response to our airport shuttle requests and pleasant to work with

limited gluten free options for breakfast

having laundry on site and a small kitchen were very convenient

we were able to get early check in. staff was nice and the room was very accommodating.

just wished the inside access to the pool was open kids still didnt mind having to walk outside for

fully equipped kitchen that would have been fun to cook in if we’d had a longer stay

the kitchen amenities were great - we cooked breakfast via the stove and fridge had plenty of space

quality bedding, fully equipped kitchen, spacious sitting room and lovely bathroom and shower

we did not have a need for the kitchen but it would be night to have if we were there longer

love the small kitchen and having the bathroom very separate from the bedroom

the bar and outdoor space were wonderful to enjoy after dinner loved the old port surrounding area and

staff was great, breakfast, desk, valet, kitchen and cleaning staff; professional and fun

i specifically booked the spa suite for the spa tub, and it did not work appropriately

there was even a downstairs bar that made fabulous espresso martinis

only issue we had was that our room service order was not picked up for breakfast so we had to grab breakfast after check out on

i loved how it came with a kitchen which made the hotel feel much more cozy

close to restaurants, shopping, didn’t need your car to get around. also shuttle available.
