parking spaces for guests

bar / restaurant staff very efficient and friendly been here many times i will definitely recommend

breakfast the next morning was just as enjoyable, with a great selection and friendly service

beautiful views of rutland water. excellent gym & good pool. nice cycle tracks. good breakfast.

the issue was restaurant understaffed especially in the kitchen

only slight negative was that i parked down the road

want) rooms were perfect, clean cosy and comfortable - owner looked after us allowed us to get early check in and late check out

large kitchenette area equipped with everything needed fresh in canisters, not little sachets

the pub next door did some really nice food and also dog friendly in the bar area

en had bagged ice in the freezer which was a lovely

food was amazing and the bar staff fabulous

the spa was really nice with an outside terrace and cafe

wifi is poor

missing wifi connection in some rooms

was great, pool amazing and breakfast was so great

difficult to get too. bar had no/patchy wifi

spa looked nice though didn't use it

room - very comfortable - great gym / pool facilities - lovely food - very friendly staff - will certainly be returning again

the rooms are a good size and the pool and spa area looked great

chocolate treat n the fridge, cookies and milk for the kids
