pool was shockingly warm

daughter had an unfortunate incident at her tournament where her gym bag was stollen

disappointed in the breakfast as there were no waffles for kids and the omelet bar wasn't open - just not what has been offered in the

drinks from the bar and normal happy hour foods.

kids said the wi-fi wasn't great - couldn't get any videos to play

during happy hour drinks were available at the bar & snacks was more than finger food

the pooll area was very comfortable, perhaps this is being addressed

clean, the kings size bed was awesome and the pull out bed for my kids was the perfect size

laundry facilities were perfect and loved that they accepted credit cards

the wifi isn't very good

was one of the best properties i have ever stayed at and i been traveling with my kids for aau for years this will be my home away from home when i’m in ohio just veryyyy clean
