i liked the breakfast resturant and they had a dinnerbresturant. also, indoor pool hot tub.
i was told it was because i was in a room with a kitchenette, and once i checked out i would receive my $100 back
the breakfast was delicious and plentiful
no hot breakfast
the size of the room and full kitchen.

would have expected the front desk lady that checked us in would have been a bit nicer, like the breakfast lady or the maids

room service came by one time (the first night)during our two night stay (-)were charged by mistake for someone else's room service meal (-)no room service (-)i didn't like the lack of food on the menu for room service. (-) also, having 1 waiter for both the dining room and room service delivery, we had to wait very long to get checked out (+)room service was excellent (+)and soft bed, tubless shower, snacks and drinks in the premium rooms, blackout curtains, room service was quick (-)my room wasn't clean, i wasn't told that i had to request for clean towers and room service (-)room service only came once in the 4 days i was there (-) called for room service, was told i needed to go down to get
did not like the chaos of trying to get breakfast
the breakfast was really good and it was nice to see a chef there making omelets to order
i loved the breakfast , accommodations and easy parking.
