was a wedding going on when arrived couldn’t use the down stairs areas till after 9pm (bar etc) football game was at 8:30 so wasn’t there when bar was available or outside balcony

bar service, the atmosphere, the decor, the architecture is breathtaking, the location, the

lisa in the bar was very helpful,she even drew us a map( i dont think we did a good job following it

the bar and bartender were great, and the building was charming and historic

i loved the history of the place. the bar was amazing. bartender was great. atmosphere 10/10.

the continental breakfast needs serious improvements.

the stunnning lobby, the huge ballroom, and the tall, spacious rooms with huge windows and full kitchen, it was perfect for us

the kitchen pans and some cutlery were left dirty

we had no light bulbs in our kitchen area

coffee offerings in room were great, they offered laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent, dishes

comfortable bed, clean throughout, nice hot tub and pool indoors. enjoyed the breakfast

permitted a early check in for a guest with medical needs

trying to use pool area the one night, we went down about 8 pm and there was a family with small kids in the hot tub we went back down about 11 and they were still there

the fitness center open

the kitchen staff kept it neat and clean and everything stocked in a timely manner

the kids enjoyed the pool and breakfast was delicious

hotel was clean, beds were comfortable, even gym had great equipment

close to where i needed to go. plus early check in.

cocktails, breakfast and dinner (however we did not have dinner as it was hot dogs, but great for kids)

were 4 kids running around playing tag in the lobby when we checked in at ~10pm

a minor gripe but bar could be open longer

the place has been beautifully renovated and the complimentary breakfast is delicious: croissants, pastries, bread, eggs and coffee or tea

self-serve breakfast options were extensive

big room in the entry to hang out and talk with other travellers where you could have coffee and breakfast

we did not see any breakfast. the location was nor bad, not the best.

the breakfast options provided for the morning were great, and the coffee was excellent

much,had to wait on room to be cleaned and inspected even tho my request for early check in was submitted and approved messed up my whole schedule

room service menu could have more variety

kids running up and down the hallway all night waking people up and other guests yelling

my kids enjoyed the layout of the rooms n it gave

pool was freezing for the kids.

the pool was out of order, but our room was upgraded which was a nice trade off with a few kids in tow
