purposely come to this more expensive place cause i wanted sit in a spa pool, even tho there was only 2 rooms booked for the night the staff said the spa pool was
impeccable spa with jacuzzi and swimming pool. the breakfast had a lot of homemade items.

some machines in the gym weren t working hair dryer not great
warm and comfortable,with a gym
be advised that because it is not a full service hotel there is no bar or restaurant or room service
room service options good be wider
we wanted to use gym facilities but we re not in the building we were in

with my family with two small kids and felt very welcome
the staff are exceptional and were amazing with children, room set up also great with kids!
absolute luxury, the pool was stunning and a much needed break from the heat
are very few lounge chairs available at the pool area - it was difficult to find a space to sit in the shade during the heat wave
breakfast was delicious

great location. enjoyed the breakfast and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful

it would be nice to have a small bar service in the super central room to enjoy a g&t in the evening
one bottle of water in the room for two people, the other bottle was part of the mini bar and only available if paid for which given we paid a little under 500 euro for two

we arrived on a thursday in time for their weekly music night where the bar and cafe area was turned into a buzzy disco where all the cool kids of bordeaux seemed to be
it was great to have the bar downstairs for an early morning coffee or a late night drink
the staff were friendly and helpful with a nice bar across the
amazing room with views over the cathedral, we loved the cozy bar breakfast
the bar & restaurant were great with super friendly staff
