never heard other guests and room next door even had kids

was not full but we were placed by the entrance on the first floor with a family above us (little kids jumping on our heads)
the breakfast was fabulous and the sofa bed had perfect sheets on them already
think there was much anyone could do to control young kids
the walls are a little thin and there were a lot of kids running around but the quieted down in the evening and it was not a problem
accommodative front desk staff - gave me late check out per my request
