the front desk staff was accommodating and the chef in the breakfast room was attentive and cooked me a wonderful breakfast with great coffee on both mornings

it made us very uncomfortable, he looked like he worked in the kitchen

annoyingly, the burner units in the kitchen kept flashing and i couldn't turn the thing off, though i never used it

also, if like me, you don’t use a smartphone, you won’t be able to use the laundry as it requires an app

the laundry room and fitness center were convenient, clean, and well-equipped

while staying for a week, it was great to have the kitchenette and laundry available for use

the host at z bar was very accommodating the first night of our stay by finding us a table without a wait--the

front desk organised firmer pillows with no fuss gym is excellent great nights sleep

the size of the room is great; the gym is very good

pool spa was special

there was a really nice lady in the foyer that gave my kids some candy and coloring pages

the free breakfast was a hit with my kids

we could have had access to the gym/rooftop 30mins b4 opening would have been great

gym and pool should open earlier.

in was super easy, the kids loved the pool and views

were placed on the sixth floor (with three kids) and the pool was right above us
