upon check out we realized that we were not only charged for incorrect beverages at the pool, they also entered their own tip

located to multiple wineries, great dining on property, and the grape seed spa was wonderful

only down side were, spotty wifi and the bed's harder that we liked

poor wifi. no maid service during our 2 night stay.

the grounds, spacious rooms, pool area, parking.

so i had to leave my kids and go all the way back to the front desk, wait in line to ask to be let in

covid prevented full room service

the tvs did not work in the gym, the jacuzzi was cold

at 6-7am kids screaming running down the hallways, and hotel personal does nothing about it

they have nice gym and beds were comfortable

hot chocolate drink is unavailable at breakfast. it's a plus for traveling family with kids.

like the small kitchen with dishwasher / fridge and dishes /silverware

the breakfast had many good options including little cheese omelettes, sausage, tater tots, fresh

gym doesn’t have sanitation wipes or spray available to wipe down equipment after use

pool is still open with eh covid- 19 we did not feel it was appropriate for the pool to be open

was no towels at the gym but i understood why

the ambiance settings where the pool and dinning tables were outside by the fire place

washing machine and drier ammenity, a pool and gym for the kids although i didn't go to either myself

the breakfast was really good, entire facility was spotless and staff was very friendly

we like the suite style resort that comes with a kitchen.

and of course, there if your room is further away from the pool area, there is a golf cart shuttle

lush lawns and palm trees…the property is huge, but they have a convenient shuttle service that brings you around when needed

the pool snack bar is reasonably priced

place feels like your own little home but with service (housekeeping, restaurant, pool)

we didn’t her/his name)went above and beyond to find us a room near the restaurant and swimming pool

but the pool is smaller, and the spa/restaurant are a distance away

it was very family friendly and the kids loved swimming at the pool

little bungalow, with a fully stocked kitchen

and professional even though it was right on the street- dishes and small kitchenette were awesome- aesthetically

hot water system was slow to warm up; microwave was in a common room; “laundry services” means offsite facilities to find on your own

my unit had a full kitchen to cook a meal

even though the property is on pch, the rooms are very well insulated and you can’t hear a thing
