very clean room. staff was friendly and helpful. breakfast was good at restaurant.

i booked i was assuming there would be a typical hotel breakfast but actually received a coupon for breakfast at a restaurant located next to the hotel
the rooms are large and a good breakfast is included at a nearby restaurant

no complaints other than the wifi was a bit weak.
we went straight to the laundry mat to wash all our clothes before boarding a plane home
phone service is a no go, but they provided free wifi
everything was wonderful except no wifi in the cabin, which was advertised to have wifi.

loved having a kitchen in our room
we had the two bedroom with a fire place and kitchen
we didn’t ask but had 2 kids with us so clearly we needed them
pool was a little cold, but our kids didn’t care. :)

you can get anywhere quickly walking or catching a shuttle bus
fantastic location with a free electric shuttle that runs all day into downtown chattanooga
location was great and a free shuttle made all the difference too
treadmills in the gym are a bit too complex and one wasn’t working at all
the gym was excellent

breakfast met our needs. we had a very good variety.
was not provided with soap for the kitchen or dishwasher
wish they would bring back the warm breakfast instead of pack and go but that’s not their fault
no gloves for breakfast buffet
was nice to have a separate bedroom and living room/kitchen area

the breakfast was hot and fresh
they even cut up an apple for my 1 year old niece at breakfast
the breakfast a variety they even had a fountain drink dispensers and laundry facilities
cleanliness of the room, the space and the full featured kitchen were a plus!

really enjoyed the free breakfast and complimentary hour
utterly crappy wifi if you didn't pay extra.
were no bags in the rooms for dirty laundry or extra trash bags even to put wet swim suits
wifi was problematic, not easy to connect or stay connected
complimentary happy hour in the evenings and little things like free ear buds in the gym made this hotel extra special
