grandkids had a wonderful time , they stayed in the indoor pool because of the rain , they bowled, played at the arcade, and just all around had a blast

spacious rooms, great amenities including mini golf, location near to busch gardens

like having a full kitchen so the fact you can get a villa that offers that was great

i loved that i was able to cook in the kitchen instead of eating out

my son is 4 and he really enjoyed the pool, mini golf, and the playground

rooms, comfortable beds, even the sofa bed was extremely comfortable for my kids with a thick mattress not like the typical thin mattress which all you feel is the springs

as a suit for four people, we could have used less dining chairs (there were 5 chairs and 2 bar stools) and no large coffee table/foot stool to create more livingroom space

reception building is equipped with water dispensers, vending machines, gymnasium, hotel, game room it covers a large area and you can call for a free park shuttle bus the

due to covid 19 restrictions, but alternative very good and easy to obtain, traveling with 4 kids and a dog very accommodating facility

the kitchen was nice

so again, as this (the pool) was the biggest part of our trip for the kids we were extremely disappointed

it's very clean the staff was very friendly good breakfast. i will be going back.

for a larger group it was great to have the kitchen and bed

wasn't enough parking, but i understand the days inn parking lot next door allowed overflow because the two

didn't like tge little island in the middle of the entrance of the parking lot

good size, and we really appreciated the kitchenette with microwave, sink, and fridge, it was even stocked with paper towels

wifi was a little annoying - would regularly drop & we would have to sign in again to use it

wifi was horrible didn't get service in the room

the staff was phenomenal. there was free mini golf.

they gym was pretty good for a hotel gym

my kids loved the little water park more than they did williamsburg

the food at breakfast had a nice selection, and we were able to bring our pup with us and sit in the lobby area

the pools were amazing with many other opportunities for ping pong, miny golf, and other amenities

we liked the indoor/outdoor pool options, mini golf and the size of our room with a balcony

wonderful pool and pickleball courts

stayed in a 2 bedroom suite which had 2 bathrooms as well and for our family of 5 (2 adults and 3 kids) it was perfect

the playground and the mini golf course were big hits with our 2 year old

we had a blast in the pool and the front desk staff, were exceptional

we had access to the williamsburg inn’s pools and gym and found all the staff to be very helpful, including needing to check-in late at night and

no internet at all, no breakfast and pool very far from the room

i did appreciate the manager who walked me to the bar at the golf course area

we are looking forward to coming back and playing golf at the course adjacent to the property

pool is out of the building and not accessible to the guest when there is a group class is going on

steam and sauna were only available to golf members and not included in inn fees.

the indoor pool needs to be updated. feels like a ymca but it is adequate for lap swimming.

felt at home - gym is pretty good too which is so nice as most hotel chimps out on the gym

it's right on the river and the blue heron restaurant and bar on the property has great food and friendly people

the wifi wasn't secure by my antivirus warnings

we checked in, the desk attendant did not tell us the wifi password, nor did he tell us that linens and trash were picked up on certain days

i would definitely have shower shoes because it looks like a gym shower they put in the bathroom

the ice bucket was missing, as was the trash can in the kitchen, but that's just minor stuff

we appreciated the extra space & kitchen facilities most of all
