i loved that the pool was inside and despite the weather outside my kids were able to play in the pool

my kids loved the pool very much

and the breakfast was great - you could tell she cared about what she does

family was happy to be staying there, plus they did a to-go breakfast

had a good time the hotel are so clean and so nice place my family and my kids are so happy the breakfast is so delicious thanks for everything

provided us a room close by the pool

the pool was small and because of that was always completely packed with people

pool was nice and close. this hotel was right next to boardwalk.

huge kitchen, dining room, living room and nice size

the air conditioning is great, the rooms were clean, the extra beds were good, the kitchen was good, again we love the balcony, the big hook and rope gadget is great and very needed

on their website, it stated that they had laundry facilities, we got there and the washer/dryers were all broken

the restaurant (waves bar and grill) was amazing

needs updated and the balcony doors are broken didn't lock only by a bar

nice kitchenette with fridge, cabinets and mircowave

pool was on the smaller side and shallow

kitchenette area should have at least one mug, bowl, plate for using microwave:) cable tv was poor

you were able to easily access the beach, boardwalk, pool, lobby, etc

the room service was superb

the outside pool closing at 7 was a little early

no wifi couldn't get on too many people on it

both times i requested towels i was told they were busy and/or still in laundry

everything was on perfect although we did not get to try breakfast nor the gym

although, the pet fee was more expensive compared to other hotels

com i should have been notified more clearly that there would be an additional $125 for my small pet

the location was good as it had a lot business near by to entertain my kids and wife

com the pet rate is not disclosed and our reservation was a no cancellation

i loved the layout of the king suite- laminate wood floors, full kitchen, bright decor, well-lit bathroom, 2 large tvs- one in living room, one in bedroom

royale hotel condo 1002: -dryer did not dry correctly, couldn t do out laundry

was friendly, parking was convenient, and the room was very spacious and accommodating

gym didn t free weights nor fan or good work circulation

rooms were nice and a great size with good views. room service food was amazing.
