food was delicious, breakfast with homemade bread and marmalade was superb

is a very popular pub so on site parking couldn't be guaranteed at arrival
slightly convoluted way of ordering the excellent breakfast

the bar and dining area were clean and had a lovely friendly atmosphere
all going well with clean and bright rooms and a comfortable bar on the ground floor
everyone helps as much as possible, locals use the bar lovely atmosphere
had a drink in the bar on our arrival. great breakfast.

big shout to trevor, lisa and the bar tender in the
wifi was only available in the bedrooms rather than the common areas
parking was free, as was the wifi
the staff were friendly and informed me of the kitchen shutting as i had not booked dinner
as mentioned before the parking was easy
