the staff was very friendly whether they were front desk, shuttle, or housekeeping

jacuzzis at the pool area were amazing

only small hiccup was a little inconsistency at breakfast in sera restaurant, one day the kids were included free with an adult, and the next day

we loved the kitchenette, we could borrow beach towels, umbrellas, dvds, etc

uncleaned toilet in gym area. a lot of people in swimming pool so no time to swim

laundry was down stairs and coin operated

our room was very spacious: kitchen, living room, bedroom, bathroom, balcony

the wifi was very sporadic and we only got it to work one time over eight days

the main pool was under renovation

we loved the dean & deluca deli and wine bar downstairs

the spa was excellent and relaxing, a bit on the pricier side of things

the property bar opened late and closed early in comparison to off-property venues.

i stayed here for 11 nights and the staff were friendly, the pool was a lovely spot to chill out and the hotel just had a great vibe

our one bedroom apartment had sufficient beds and bedding for my family of four, and the kids were happy to have their own double beds (murphy bed and sofa bed)

the pool was windy but lovely and warm.

gym could do with an upgrade and increased size

i loved our stayed we rented 2 rooms beds were comfortable pool was amazing

the staff is terrific including the baristas in the coffee and breakfast cafe

it was to noisy and the kitchen dident have any catlery.
