unfortunately we didn't have time to use the fitness room or pool

the only thing i didn’t like about the stay was the fact that there was a bunch of college kids parting in a room on our floor

cold pool, kids were not able to enjoy wish the hotel connected via skywalk to the convention center shower

e pool was warm, with other kids to play with friendly parents, and open late for late night swims

breakfast buffet was amazing both mornings the beds were spectacular comfortable king the bartender in not the steakhouse but the other bar was amazing

had a gym and pool it was just the hotel i was looking for

the free breakfast was just what one needed to start the day

the location is excellent, right down down near all the good bars and other attractions

the early check in, great staff on all shifts, real breakfast, super comfy facility, and within walking

were told by team members that they were in the laundry and will make sure we had them before the day was over

any and all of the food ordered through room service.

the hotel bar is also nice

although they list 3 different restaurants, one was permanently closed and the one for room service had been shut down for a party so there was no food available

work, a comfortable couch to relax and a big screen tv that revolved so we could see it from the kitchen while preparing some breakfast

the painting across from the elevators, when going to the pool/gym, has been slashed - when checking in, we weren’t directed to the proper elevators and ended

the parking garage was across the street so we had to haul bags and kids thru the garage then thru the mall across the street and finally thru the hotel

the pool was clean and the perfect temperature

pool was a bit of a disappointment, it is very small compared to how large of a hotel this is

i loved the bar and the area as well

rooftop bar was nice

parking was accessible, but not that easy to find a close spot since we arrived saturday early

parking is free

little noise from the bowling and the bar downstairs stays open late so could be noisy.

there is a free laundry room on-site, plus a lending locker where you can borrow boardgames and such

loved the free parking, and the kitchen

all the kids running the hallways late at night.

there was an elevator but they were small with 6 in our party it was a tight squeeze and 2 were kids
