problem was the bar downstairs was not open and the sky bar was only open from 5 till 10 pm

i liked there was room service and the pool was open

by far the best room service i've ever had in any hotel, blows the ritz away

everyone from the greeter , front desk staff , waitress at bix , room service staff , and even the amazing house keeping was top notch

also the pool was great my little nieces and my son had a great time swimming

my partner and i definitely liked going from watching tv on the couch, to playing a game at the kitchen table

pool temperature was comfortable and there were always clean towels available at the pool

hot tub not working, pool looked at little dirty around the edge.

shower tub was very slippery and very narrow i had to shower holding the shower bar at all times that’s how bad it was this place should be more conscious of us

they allowed us a late check out, so that we could work the next day from our room

the pool/ hot tub was nice. location was convenient to the taxslayer center.

the room was fantastic! great beds, ceiling fan, pool was on the chilly side.
