was very upset that the pool was under maintenance

i like that they have a pool and basketball court

the pool.

tub had rust shooting out the spa jets which the day shift guy took care of walls were full of dust and had paint chipping when

the room is comfortable. the kitchen is a good addition!!!

there was no maid service, only laundry service, so i made up the pull out sofa (which was very comfortable)

has a fun tiny pool with fountain thats great for small kids

interesting architecture and pool and atrium and front public balcony overlooking esplanade ave

if anything, maybe the pool hours

cute and private little hotel with great room view of the courtyard and nice pool

time 11pm and pool 12am was a bit annoying

staff was sensational, we loved the hot tub and pool space, our bed was super comfy, and the location is great for exploring the city

the balcony overlooking esplanade and quart yard with mini pool were the icing on the cake

the pool was needing resurfaced so it wasn't functional, but i didn't go there to swim in a pool

second night in our room someone actually started playing the trumpet outside our door and the bar next to our room doesn’t close til 5 am

bartender who checked us in knew our names and drinks by that evening

the bar downstairs was very cool, and great proximity to everything

the r bar downstairs is a huge plus

staff always seemed to be visiting with people in the kitchen area and a dog, not a service animal, was there as well

in the kitchen area i went to get a cup to pour my drink and a roach was in there

i had a full kitchen, living room, bedroom and bathroom

no bathroom fan, only one trash can located in the kitchen...

it is a quick walk to the casino and the 2 malls

kids tv channels didn't work

walkable distance to convention center and casino and french quarter and outlet mall

experience at the bar with employee and her team of bartenders was fantastic

room service was terrible

they should have to be a distance or feet away from exiting out hotel not go for baby s and kids

the breakfast and bar and grill was amazing!!!
