for late check out and when i went to our room from the pool the key had quit so i had to go down soaking wet to the front desk and get a one time key

the view from the pool and hot tub was awesome and the fireplace in the living room area was cozy

the apartment was so spacious and it had everything we needed. full kitchen with great utensils.

should be a small nightstand next to the bed to place a cell phone so don't need to plug in the kitchen or bathroom as to set an alarm for the phone and to access is not convenient

the pool was closed for renovation/winter which was not mentioned anywhere prior to booking and was

gym was alright. how large the room was and clean it was.

pool only got sunlight early in the morning and the hot tub was out of order

was able to get an early check in which really helped out as i needed a place to work from for the day

bed needs to be replaced i ask for 3 blankets to put on top to make it more comfortable for the kids

found the kitchen to be a little outdated
