front desk could be nicer at check in and parking was a bit away.

we ordered room service from the steakhouse and it was worth every single dime

were there for the beloit college graduation and could walk up the hill without needing to find parking on campus

the pool was chilly

breakfast staff was excellent! kind, courteous, prompt. food was fresh, hot and tasty.

also enjoyed the rooftop bar and hot tub

the giant pool adult only after 9:00, the complimentary drinks, the entire downstairs bar and the people and the waitresses and the service were amazing

the kids had a blast

in picture of the room there was a jacquzzi tub so i assumed that that was part of the “spa suite

the breakfast time could be better, especially for those of us that aren't super early birds.

she said she has kids, she is i her early 20s and she'd been working there for

spa tub was perfect, bed was very comfortable, staff was really good, they have people in training

limited breakfast due to covid, but understandable. they did provide some grab and go items.

there was a coined laundry on the third floor, washer and dryer are brand new
