were very comfortable, clean, fresh design and great kitchen, tv sizes were very good

great kitchen facilities - able to cook a nice dinner for two each night

also, in one occasion, the staff left our front door unlocked after they delivered a kitchen necessity while we were away

dirty and old kitchen with incomplete cutlery set, no wine glasses (for vodka only)

they offer a gourmet coffee bar from 7:30-10:30 but we were back on the road so didn’t get to sample

i also expected a bar service (only coffee available) and also expected a breakfast

the coffee bar made delicious drinks

location, comfortable room with full kitchen, record player and albums, great heating, spotless

special suite which includes kitchen, two coffee machines, and even a record player

it was still fully functional- kitchenette was usable and you could sit at the counter to eat, but if we had been there more than

at the restaurant, van winkle, was really excellent - not your standard bar food

pool was open to ten which was great for families but the fire pit was open all night

breakfast options in the pantry/kitchen were a little limited.

i love the atmosphere and the decoration. the pool was excellent and the room very comfortable

the amelia does not serve a breakfast

i think it need more staff during the morning to clean the bedrooms and the breakfast area.

if i were advertising a breakfast, i would make sure everything was fresh.

i also greatly appreciated that they had a small gym

the kitchen is well-supplied with tea, coffee and delicious snacks

a generously supplied kitchen to share with 3 other units

there are very nice touches in the kitchen; some guests were even cooking meals

commercial snacks like m&ms, cookies, lollipops, free coffee & tea (self service) in the communal kitchen

hotel was in a good location a good sized suite, with good kitchen and a large lounge area shower over the bath so plenty of elbow room the lady at reception

we loved our room and having the sitting area and mini kitchen was incredible

the location, the mood, the restaurant and bar space, the rooms styling, all perfect

to have a full-size kitchen--but if you want plates, bowls, silverware or any other kitchen wares, you have to ask for

sons provided us with excellent service, comfortable beds, extra touches like interesting mini bar, contemporary design, great fireplace in room, large rooms, great amenities, close to the train

we were not traveling with kids and we were staying one night for a

room did not have a luggage rack, or dirty laundry bag, and the gym had no wipes, water, or paper towels replaced at the time i worked out

they allowed us a early check in when we came in from a red eye flight! helped alot

breakfast menu was very limited and certainly not designed for kids' tastes

it was clean, modern, comfortable. there was security on guard and a 24 hour gym available.

breakfast was adequate, but accessing the items in the warmer was not easy when you need to use 1

everything about it was perfect; the food was outstanding, the spa was tranquil and treatments fantastic and the property itself was awe inspiring

property, great staff who are very people friendly, rooms were clean, gym and pool were spotless as

also the sound control in the room was decent but we still heard kids running around upstairs and people in the hallway
