(-)of the swimming pool is right on the restaurant terrace and there's not deckchair to relax (-)restaurant is small and does not have enough choices for a breakfast buffet, the swimming pool is too small for a group of four (-)beer not available. pool closed, not running all year.

they have parking, good wifi, spa (i had a relaxing massage was great) and a pool (+) underground parking for my motorbike, quiet room, comfy beds (+)located near the train station, and with ample parking of its own, urban hotel and spa was perfect for our one night stay (+) nice location at the entrance of kenitra, huge (surveilled) parking as well (+) short walk in to town and parking which was under surveillance 24/7 (+)location very convenient easy walking to the centre and good parking. (+) hotel has parking and a lift and was just what we needed for a one night stay

adil the owner of the restaurant/ cafe ( free wifi ) across this hotel , is another man to give a big clap to (+) the bed was super big and comfortable, very clean room and no noise coming from the outside, the wifi speed was just perfect, very strong and reliable, the ac was extremely powerful and worked (+)neighborhood. calm. clean. good wifi. washing machine available.

you stay for a few days breakfast was ok
