asked for information for a laundry service, again the wrong information was given

ii liked the space and cleanliness. it is recommended to put vents/fans in the gym downstairs.

receptionist was very nice, very helpful.( forgot to ask her name) free laundry.

perhaps not the most central place but i did find a great gym with a sauna and a late night pizza place within walking distance

also, there are no air conditioner, boiler, tv, and enough kitchen utilities in the room

the included amenities of spa, sauna, hot tub, swimming pool, and gym were definitely worth it

breakfast is very simple but yogurt, cereals, bread and coffee so good to start the day and served

night staff in their kitchen were talking too loud well after midnight too loudly, as there is a central open area so

not enough accessories in kitchen like basic knife , cutting board etc

the area around the room was noisy; my room was next to the living room and the kitchen, where there is a tv, so you can hear everything

public kitchen is noisy by the staff and her boyfriend at night until 11pm.

the shared kitchen and living room is a good plus

it had all kitchen and laundry appliances as in a regular apartment

would wish for more items in the kitchen such as a baking pan inside the eletric oven (to heat little things, such as nuggets or

no basic cleaning set for kitchen, like dishwasher liquid or kitchen sponge

had a well-equipped kitchen but no detergent/sponge or dish washer for dirty dishes so we had to buy everything

no kitchen paper towels

for instance there is a roof terrace bar which was closed early (5pm) every day supposedly due to rain - which never actually occurred

room has very bad sound proof so you can hear everything from the laughing in the bar to the phone in the receptionist

they were helpful with laundry service and providing recommendations on outside dining

also there is no bar to hold on too
