the phone in the room didn't work so that we couldn't call room service from it

access to thermal suite was a great bonus. breakfast was fabulous and the location was perfect.

hotel & staff the spa was stunning and gym was lovely all brand new, beds are so comfy and the reception team where really helpful as we

normally i would have joined in, but had kids with me and needed tonsleep before early flight

wifi did not work properly and i lost a lot of time figuring out what the problem was

wifi was not working that day which was quite inconvenient

kids really liked bunked beds.
