i chose to have room service after a long drive and a late arrival and it was superb
friendly clean great location good food parking.
pre organised parking onsite included in price of stay
i felt the bar tender was rude and arrogant

adjust some expectations, but even so we found the room to be ample for a family with two younger kids
the room was a decent size for a family of four (kids aged 4 and 8)
indication of just how close the pub is would be helpful (loud shouting under the window kept my kids
we're not fancy either, just a family with two small kids
so,my kids had to unlock room door and then toilet door at night

could not get the wifi to work in our room, although to be fair we did not follow up to ask at the desk how to get it
some problems with the wifi connection
wifi was very spotty
wifi is spotty and elevator lift does not reach the floor levels in my building
the opening times of the bar downstairs were a bit obscure.

the parking is very small so it is possible to struggle to get parking on a busy night
the shower was amazing, didn't want to leave it and the wifi worked quickly and
had to leave early so was not able to stay for breakfast, but the wonderful kind staff in breakfast offered to make me a delicious breakfast roll

everything was clean and well kept, and the staff were wonderful with the kids
a hotel in such a long time, me and my partner decided to get away for the weekend away from the kids
