pool was little dirty

pool was warm for the kids to swim and enjoy themselves. location was convenient

told at reception we would get free wifi in the room

breakfast was delicious, my family & i loved it

were on the 4th floor & my husband was very nervous if the kids were walking near the banisters in the hallway

other resident consult complained because our kid were too loud mind u we had 29 people including kids and six rooms pool was closed did not say on website pool was closed never experienced this

room was good, many light bulbs burned out, kitchen sink plugged, did not drain well

laundry room was available

breakfast was great

it was nice and all but my kids was walking and got complaints guess you have be quiet as a mouse in this hotel me and my kids

they didn’t have an indoor pool

we got to the room the small little kitchen & dishes wasn’t as clean as the last time i stayed

i just wish they had an indoor pool

our grandkids enjoyed the pool, the basketball and gym

we had a large one bedroom with a living room and kitchen

v's so i was able to sleep my kids separately and let them watch something different on t

too many big kids acting up

breakfast was amazing.

sofa bed was uncomfortable, but it worked fine for our young kids.

the room had usb ports in wall sockets for charging the ipads for kids

we were able to get an early check in

professional and courteous staff, free parking, pool are other positives

nice gym area, nice outdoor pool

the hotel was very clean, the pool area was very nice and relaxing

beautiful facility, on site restaurant and bar, room service

pool needs to be refurbished and jacuzzi doesn't work.
