pool, restaurant and bar open till 10

a bunch of kids were horsing around on the floor after 11 but i asked them to stop and they did.

the pool was very chilly even though it was supposed to be 86 degrees!

would come and add chemicals to the pool about 630pm every night and it caused our kids skin to burn and them to cough

front desk staff the bar and restaurant stayed open

sink was not functioning, wifi was unavailable and totally unreliable, room design limited tv viewing, room design was not

there is a shuttle that will take you anywhere within 3 miles

hotel stated there was room service but did not offer the evening i arrived

there is a great fitness center and game room on the bottom level with key card access

the hotel provided a free shuttle to and from the event

rooms, comfortable, helpful staff, free shuttle up to 3 miles including airport

liked everything about this hotel friendly and helpful staff, the room with a full kitchen, a separate bedroom, comfortable beds

loved the cleanliness, the space in the one room suite, and the hotel shuttle

has a pool, but that is about the best i can say; it is a bit tiny compared to the many rooms

not enough pool towels even after 1 hr of telling staff

kids loved the hotel

fit the 5 of us comfortably, the pool was a big hit and we used one of the grills that was available

she even went to the kitchen to get us hot water and hot chocolate packets for us to enjoy before bed

stayed here about 8 different times over the last 6 months and it’s always amazing and the kids love it

having a kitchen area. good breakfast.
