very efficient room service

pool was very clean and had a good gym set

wifi was a bit weak but given where our family suite was situated pretty understandable

park outside crazy golf

another great aspect of the hotel was the ample parking space

excellent pool & family changing room

members of staff at the gym , chose to ignore my wife’s presence, she just walked off , this was a disappointing

ate in browns bar and plenty of options for all dietary needs and the staff were lovely

the pool is a bit small

unfortunately had to leave early didn't have time for breakfast

the bar was lovely too

we've been twice as a couple without our kids & enjoyed both times

also the room service order form could be a littler clearer

very loud noise outside room between 6am and 7am, staff moving laundry trolleys, woke us up

nice clean rooms. good location. parking included good bar for meals.

breakfast was ok- plenty of food. location is perfect. can’t wait to stay here next visit

room was beautiful and spacious, the bar was well stocked and had a nice, fresh ambiance, the friendly staff was very helpful

it's a pity there wasn't people in the bar last night

the residents bar was good for a quiet drink and the bar man was very helpful and

i loved the room size, the spa and after a big day out, relaxing back watching netflix was very enjoyable

hotel and room were spotlessly clean with free wifi

free ev charging is situated with each lodge

nice house with a garden. swimming pool and gym in the complex. highly recommended..

the gym was an added bonus with good quality treadmills
