the porter kitchen manager gave us a great trip on getting around and places to see

it was great to have a full size kitchen in the room and laundry in the basement

bring our puppy with us was a huge bonus, and we appreciated the thoughtful touches of providing pet bowls and extra poo bags in the room in addition to the regular human supplies/toiletries

we were traveling for a kids event, so we were a little scruffy - not the usual high end business traveler but it didn't

did have a small incident where i ordered room service one night and they basically

the room was so loud that my kids could not sleep, it wasn t until almost midnight when it got quite enough for them to sleep

the staff, especially the restaurant and bar staff were exceptional!

the small gym was very clean and well stocked esp with 3 foam rollers

room service from the bar and grill until i was denied room service and asked to leave.

i wish food was served at the bar late.

all of the supplies you might need to make a meal were supplied in the kitchen area

great continental breakfast variety. kitchen staff very friendly. room was a great size.

we used the mini gym and whirlpool downstairs, very refreshing
