the location was great it made it very easy to give my kids the south beach experience

we called to inform the hotel that we will be checking in late and to ask for a late check out

very friendly, clean and accommodating to both early and late check out

best thing is the location and the late check out option (additional fees apply) but you have the option of 2pm or 4pm

great, friendly staff at front desk who were helpful when we requested a late check out - however we did have to pay extra for this

sofa bed was a disgrace and not fit to be slept on, we had to pad it up with blankets so the kids could sleep on it

the actual rooms were spacious, the couch/kitchenette was good has necessary appliances as

next to laundry room i guess, you can hear noises and doors slamming

distance from everything they have a bar , play good music , reasonable prices for food & drinks compared to lounges near the beach

the room beside ours had dirty laundry sitting outside the door for two

we had an evening flight and were able to still enjoy the pool after check out

kids loved the location central to everything in miami beach

2 teen kids and myself enjoyed our 3 night stay and we got out and rode bikes, shopped at the outdoor mall

travelled with two kids, had a balcony and we loved it

us they have a great gym if you want to work off the calories
