comfortable and clean, very friendly and helpful staff, truly dog friendly (allowed in the bar for breakfast and dinner and even had his own cooked sausage made for him
food in the bar took abit of time to get to table staff seemed to be a bit overwhelmed but over all nice
even stayed up late for us in the bar so we could finish our card game
we went down to the bar for a drink and something to eat and were again met by smiling staff

no wifi in our room, had to go to reception area
little pricey but good quality generally and car parking rustic and a bit haphazard (annoyingly dripped resin from pines (-) there is also simply not the parking capacity for more guests (-)no disabled parking (+)impressed with the staff, the breakfast and evening meal, the self contained garden bungalow with parking space right outside (-)the parking is a bit hap hazard and the single rooms can be noisy either side (-)arrived late afternoon and had to hunt for a parking space so maybe some redesign work in the car park would benefit during busy times (+)family friendly good layout and facilities free, easy parking (+) plenty of parking (+)location, parking, bus links, beach (-)explanation about parking could have been handled better
gorgeous outdoor heated pool, deer munching on grass in the kids park, 5 mins to the beach.

the breakfast was very good and our room was super clean and had a great view
breakfast was all local produce and ali is a fantastic cook
we were out both days for breakfast but it looked lovely and fresh
for my partners birthday and he brought a plate of chocolates with happy birthday on it and for breakfast the next morning he gave him a happy birthday plate
