the pool hours were good for trying to avoid families (open early to late)

great location, nice comfortable lobby & breakfast area.

the expensive side… breakfast didn’t start till 6 and we were gone by that time every morning

hot breakfast was not available

necessities, kitchen had nothing, no utensils, cups, plates

this little hotel for what it is really very huge rooms with own bedroom and stuff almost a full kitchenette but not quite huge sink and kitchen counter full size fridge but then just a microwave

well done and colors and the plants and bushes the room was great headed home living room and kitchen two bedrooms and a bathroom

they love the pool and the older kids liked the gym

property was very clean comfortable and also the free breakfast.

loved having a pool for kids to swim and get their wiggles out

and the breakfast to go bag doesn't hurt, either

staff, clean room, and the free self-service laundry

with omelet station roomy accommodations with two rooms nice pool and gym area close to

location of pool, laundry, breakfast times and location of restaurant etc room not cleaned and bins not emptied when

we had an early flight and the shuttle got us there is plenty of time.

tv in the bar was not good - incredible small screen; and the connection kept pausing during playoff games

rooms/suites are very spacious and snack bar is included in the price of the room

the spa is really really nice, my complaint is with the hotel

spa staff were a bit militant… a smile goes a long way.

the massage and spa facilities were very nice and not too crowded

in the instructions for the spa on screen, they advise you to use your room key for access, though the spa bands only work in

the spa was amazing, and everyone was respectful

breakfast was nice. pool was popular. start/timer button hot tub spa was not working.

cannot beat free breakfast

wish the bar area was open more than just a few days of the week-it looked fun in there

the only critique i have is the small puddles of water in the pool area.

my family enjoyed the indoor pool, laundry faculty, complimentary breakfast, friendly staff and cleanliness of the hotel

overall nice and quite, rooms clean, breakfast good, gym and pool nice

cost to use laundry machines was a bit high.

walking distance from some great bars and live music in old town

love the little cafe, the rooftop bar and the location, very convenient for our needs.

thought the atmosphere was warm, welcoming, cozy - we really enjoyed the coffee/breakfast/drink bar in the lobby, spending both our mornings and late evenings near the fireplace

two 21 year old girls going to a concert and hoping to bar hop afterwards, but still be near the hotel

vibe, the look, the coffee bar and the staff at the reception and bar were great

gym was really stripped down due to covid and the equipment was rusting

the breakfast, pool/sauna, gym, and room were fantastic

laundry room was dirty

the kids loved the pancakes, bacon and eggs
