towels at the pool

the shuttle service from the airport to the hotel was helpful

to the airport and a quick shuttle ride

on call shuttle was helpful

liked the close proximity to the airport and their quick shuttle service there

staff was friendly, the bar was nice

walking distance to the airport,even though a shuttle is offered

system was terrible,no elevator in the middle, my room was a ways from the lobby which made the wifi terrible, relocated to another room and was not cleaned properly

lady at the front desk was rude and didn t want to help with any issues we faced related to wifi and bathroom cleanliness, and told us to deal with it ourselves

2 room suite, clean, restaurant, hot tub, pool, gym. convenient and attractive.

the spa was great though and heated very qukkcly

when asked what like for breakfast, i said croissants

it truly felt like a home away from home the jacuzzi and pool in the backyard were an oasis from the hot day here in tucson

the staff, breakfast, and pool area were great. it was perfect for our one nite star

we appreciated early check in as we had no plans upon arrival and it's too hot to just sit around in tucson

asked for a drink at the bar at 8:59 pm and the bartender said it was 9 and couldn t serve me

the pool and its surroundings are the nicest we've seen

room service portions were very substantial, a microwave in the room would have been nice to reheat

but if i had to it would be the lack of bar or delivery service at the pool

covered all the details in the kitchen, sponges were clean, dishwashing powder present, etc

the breakfast was very good with a large number of choices and very good quality

breakfast was good, it was a good location for us - close enough to the gem and mineral shows but

location, cleanliness, comfort, breakfast and above all you feel safe which is what i am looking for

we didn't use the kitchenette, except for the refrigerator

breakfast and the pool and laundry were great

the bar and grill onsite was expensive and the food wasn't very good.

we never got room service and i had to clean our own room

a cheery holiday atmosphere, staff was extremely friendly and willing to get me quarters for the laundry, and the facilities are ideal for a holiday traveler: a laundry room on every floor, a pool

the suite was perfect for a family with 4 kids

bath towels were like old gym towels --- stiff, small and not very absorbent

next time we ll ask for a room closer to the pool and restaurant

pool area was beautiful, the room was enormous and the breakfast and evening reception were amazing

lots of rooms, big outdoor pool that adults and kids can enjoy

no smoking at all should severely penalize guests. no scrreaming kids.

but, it is a super nice hotel, very friendly staff, tasty and good breakfast, fantastic gym

was a little annoying to have to let people in from near the pool area to the dining area

loved the clean spacious rooms and the breakfast in the morning was great the kids loved the waffles

wifi does not work with all cellphones.

pool & hot tub were right by us to enjoy beds were very

convenient location, breakfast, cocktails, gym, laundry

no room service. stayed for 3 days no cleaning of the room or fresh towels.

we come back because the rooms are big , nice if you have kids
