teriffic staff. spacious property and the cleanest and nicest pool and hot tubs. amazing!

room was very cold 2) pool closed 3) fitness room closed 4) no hot breakfast 5) hallway floors had snow on them 6) elevator was freezing

first room had street light to bright in room, they changed my room and took the time to check parking lot to make sure no street light was in replacement room

they should put young or hyper kids on the bottom floor so the people under them can rest

it would have been nice to have breakfast

thirdly, the laundry dryer did not dry the clothes after 2 hours of being in the dryer

continental breakfast should be included

residents were hiding filled trash bags in laundry rooms - i saw food bags in stairwells

the spa was outstanding

small lounges where they serve drinks and breakfast were pretty and conducive to guests mingling

excellent breakfast each morning of our stay with a variety of snacks available throughout the day in the

restaurant and bar was closed.

the free breakfast buffet was a great surprise and very good

a grab bar in the shower from us older guests would be a good addition.

we had 3 separate rooms: bedroom with nice tiled bathroom, cute tiled full kitchen, and a living room with nice tv, decor and mini fireplace

- excellent intro to the area with map; full kitchen with everything we needed to cook for dinner and breakfast

room was huge cause it was a suite which included a living room and a kitchen which was nice to have to make a few meals during my stay

the living room was very enjoyable and the kitchen quite adequate

friendly staff, early check in and extended check out

there is an amazing cocktail bar in the same building where the bartender has created all kinds of unique infused cocktails

could have a bar where you could watch sports

front desk, the bartender/staff on the roof top bar, breakfast and evening cocktail hours but the best of all was the location

they charge extra for room service, parking and taxes in santa fe were very high.

perfection! i wish rooftop bar was open!
