we booked the room thinking we would be able to use the pool and it was not open

shuttle service was a disaster'the van driver was mia so one of the front desk ladies had to drive
gym was small and ok the location is literally a middle of no-where the hotel is asking guests to
pool & room was nice.
the water in the hotel's indoor pool was pleasantly warm so we really enjoyed our swim
paid close to us$400 for one of the nicer rooms, for our family of four

the only major issue we had was we stayed at this particular hotel because of the pool bar

the restart was not open, the bar was not open, they had no laundry detergent, there were no were on the pull out bed
we took shuttle to hyatt place, but the experience was not ideal
the guy at the front desk was amazing and the young man that prepared the breakfast is great too
breakfast was good and shuttle bus driver was great
would like to see basic food on menu for kids. but food was great for me!!

we were told a shuttle would be available early to take us to the airport, but no one was there.

ideal location.used hotel shuttle to get to and from airport.
they offer a free shuttle service within 3 miles of the hotel which was awesome
shuttle to and from airport, room size, helpfulness of staff, decent price on such short notice
loved the inside set up with bar grill with nice comfortable lounge area
friendly and helpful staff. shuttle service to the airport was very convenient.
