michael at the front was great in helping us get an early check in

had a very nice stay. went kayaking, swam in the gulf and swimming pool.

the laundry detergent machine steals money.

staff, clean rooms, clean pool, just everything was perfect with this hotel

restaurant-bar area and entertainment were very good the views and outside bar were also very good
can't really put my finger on it but it states its an upscale place but all doors lead to outside bar where people could come in and go out - just a little bizarre -
we asked room service and did not come.
i didn't like the fact the bar was not open past midnight
their were restaurants that were in walking distance and were a great option for traveling with kids
