laundry from other rooms being cleaned left in the courtyard most of the day on sunday.

there was a good and reasonably priced self use laundry

the guest laundry dryer broke down, so we were allowed to use the one that the staff use which was a great

wi-fi conection. laundry in hotel.

no breakfast voucher this time, and no access to kitchen

traveling companion was quite sick, and the staff allowed us a free late check out with option to book again for that night at a discounted rate if they were not

time we stayed in the loft, a comfortable suite with kitchen, living area, bedroom, and view of the bay from the deck

no kitchen cleaning supplies other than a half roll of paper towels

kitchen could be a little better stocked - maybe bring some of your own stuff if you need to cook

nothing really except that it does not have an outdoor sitting area to relax (besides the pool)

clean, excellent and friendly customer service, breakfast had a variety, and location was great

it had a nice bar and sink w/small fridge and microwave

the pool was slightly neglected and the hot tub jets weren t working.

of the week the staff kept it clean and full throughout, the staff were awesome in all ways, the pool was clean and heated and the hot tub was very relaxing

pool area with them fire pits are always nice 2 at night to sit n relax

the drinks at the bar were so good and a great way to end the day after a lovely sunset

the front lobby and bar was exceptional in nature and purely divine

breakfast was delivered to our rooms and was fabulous and the shower was to die for

was meant be a laundry stop on a long trip but the facilities hours were very limited

the rooms are large and clean. it’s quite dated but they had a deck and kitchen.

breakfast was delicious, the front desk was polite and accommodating and the housecleaners were

bed was comfy laundry room too but the washer took

there should be more room at the bar downstairs

pool bar doesn t have a direct access from the pool and service at the pool closes too early

baked goods available. room service was amazing. wine by the bottle available. very pleased!

staff were extremely friendly, the hotel itself is very nicely decorated and modern, with a great bar and adjoining restaurant
