lunch by the pool could be better

nice breakfast, table availability on the spot when we went

waitress at breakfast was really poor

for example, the outdoor pool bar and kitchen were closed the entire week, the onsite restaurant was closed, and there was

too many dogs hanging around the bar

breakfast was adequate

i liked the laundry room, pool, and roomy parking for our truck and our trailer of llamas.

the rooms are spacious and the wifi works well despite the sprawling campus

we used the coin operated laundry and was impressed by the cleanliness of the room

room was nice and clean didn t eat breakfast so don t know pool was very nice

room service wasn t available but i got breakfast to go

hotel is beautiful with spacious comfortable rooms and seating just outside the room in the hallway next to floor to

extra room with a queen bed and a door was nice; kids could sleep in one room and my wife and i in another

the room for the price i paid also my kids didn’t like it and no indoor pool

shuttle to snowmass was not conveniently available

homeless person was washing their sleeping bag in the hotel's laundry room

in the dining area was a jewel as well as all the staff manning the shuttle service, which was excellent and much needed for us

lacking breakfast option - for the amount of money we paid per evening, we expecting even a little more

everything save for the breakfast which could be better with more choice.

the view from the rooftop heated pool and hot tubs was amazing

free mountain bikes and free snow bikes (with free helmets) were made available to me and my kids

would have been nice to have a later breakfast available

apartment, modern, comfortable, clean, with a fully equipped kitchen

great courteous staff. shuttle service to town/back to hotel is amazing when it rains

was not even ready for guest that were there we all paid more then normal per night gas fire near pool not working , resturant very slow on service and looks like a continental breakfast place

other than that, the kitchen is perfectly equipped and we had everything we needed and more

the continental breakfast was great

when we got in our room, we found someone else's dirty laundry and garbage in our closet
