only complaint i have is the kitchen should at least have plastic plates/ cutlery especially since it has a kitchenette

there were stains when we opened it up for the kids to use

hotel rooms, room service, staff--> all were pleasant, convenient, and made the stay

view, courteous hotel staff - especially the kitchen associate who delivered and picked up our room service meal, and especially also the parking valet who was all smiles and treated us

the room king suite is very spacious especially for family with kids

our room had two tvs, so i didn't have to fight with the kids on the channels we wanted to watch

bed was not comfortable at all but kitchenette was very helpful,specially when traveling with kids

the kids (12, 16 years) were sleeping on a sofa, which was not very comfortable
