hotel shuttle was excellent to get to rail to downtown. all hotel employees were friendly.

the rooms were large enough for our family of six. the pool and gym were large and fun.

were given a free late check out, offered cookies on arrival

everything from the customer service to the pool the bar

very friendly clean @ comfortable facilities airport shuttle quick ride room very nice large

faucet in the kitchen in the room was very loose, almost about to fall off

the staff and breakfast was awesome.

while we were looking for a potential house to buy, it was really nice having a kitchenette in the room

getting towels was a hassle, the gym stunk, washer/ dryer stole my money, smoking everywhere, especially by staff

breakfast was good, there were different varieties during our two night stay

i never had a problem until yesterday. i had ants in kitchen

the suite was very clean and accommodating to 5 people needs and continental breakfast was a plus as

the in unit kitchen is pretty much just like what you'd have at any home

the pool was closed, but there was no mention of it on the hotel website or in the confirmation email

the shuttle was made available to take us to walmart and pick us up again

spacious rooms, good hot water, nice layout in room, plenty of outlets, excellent housekeeping, kitchen, quick breakfasts, free parking, friendly and decorative surroundings, fitness center,

i asked about laundry facilities, they never said there was one on site

clean rooms, kind staff, good location, safe area, laundry room, nearby bar, food, spa, etc etc

they have great prices and laundry on site

was advertised as breakfast, laundry facility, pool, and yet none of those are available (not even a coffee pot in the room)

ice machine and laundry were not functioning

front desk, sales reps, the restaurant, room service, valet, all were top notch

swimming pool was cool hot tub was awesome, kids enjoyed very much

had asked for an upgrade and early check in if possible) i was told there would be a $50 upgrade fee

restaurant is closed. no room service. small fitness center.

hopefully the fitness room and rooftop pool will open soon

breakfast clean and nicely put together

the swimming pool was cold. there is no way it was heated. it didn’t stop us from going in.

breakfast was top of the line and again staff was sweet
