from simple things like no cable or internet on both tvs to the pool and jacuzzi being too dirty to use

didn’t have breakfast last day because wasn’t enough but breakfast it’s ok, it’s uncomfortable not

2 tvs on my suite and the restroom is big, i was right next door to the breakfast room area and pool

there was a couple of kids sport teams in the hotel during our stay and it was very loud at breakfast and sometimes

not enough towels at the pool.

fitness room is not comfortable, there is no fresh air, and there are no internet connections

like they were short of personal, laundry, elevators and some places in the hotel were not

double queen suite was very spacious with the separated bedroom/bathroom from the living room/kitchen area

i like everything about the hotel. the only knock would be that the pool is small

was lacking of cleanliness and basic kitchen stuff like wine glasses, plates and cutlery.

sink area was weird, you can only use the sink if you flush the toilet, so i just used the kitchen sink to wash my face

kitchen was adequately stocked with dishes and tools

there is no sink in the bathroom and the only sink in the entire apartment is the kitchen sink

perfect location. excellent coffee bar and cafe super value

then over charged me for a extra room and room service that was not provided

check-in process was fast, and the hotel facilities were excellent such gym, laundry, starbucks, etc
