suite was perfect for our group of 5 and the kids loved the pool

i enjoyed having my own kitchen, if i wanted to cook

the breakfast had a lot of variety and new options every day

breakfast was meh. end time is pretty early (8:30 am).

with a family of 6 can be challenging, the large rooms and kitchen were perfect for our large family

was spacious, comfortable, and centrally located in asheville, the on-location restaurant and bar was utterly incredible as well

the required nonrefundable pet fee

we used the very small gym 3 days in a row and it had not been replenished of towels or cleaned the entire time

gym is located on 1st floor in second set of condos

cleanliness, gas fireplace, appliances, bathroom, comfortable bed, location, kitchen facility; overall high quality and good value for the money

that are higher quality than most hotels, there are also other amenites that you wouldn't expect: laundry facilities are in the unit with detergent provided

loved that it had laundry in our room that’s a bonus

we loved the full kitchen and w/d and comfortable furnishings

the rooms including the kitchen had everything we needed

is a great little hotel with full service rooms that include washer and dryer and full kitchen

traveling as a family the space was perfect — including a sitting area as well as kitchen

had some noise from a nearby bar on our first night (but it ended by 11:30 pm

the much-touted bar wasn't actually open any of the three nights we were there

the breakfast was a nice surprise, with wonderful, fresh savory pastries, fruit, and snacks to go

had a bit of an issue with the microwave for breakfast… coffee not very hot…

the bar wasn't open. we wanted to enjoy the lovely bar and have a cocktail.

when you have kids you need space

breakfast was awesome, location, and the bar area.

sofa bed for kids, like most hotels out there, was completely uncomfortable

roof top bar was wonderful
